Once a participant is placed with a retreat partner, full responsibility for the safety, conduct, and delivery of that experience lies with the retreat centre or facilitator. The Conscious Collaboration accepts no liability for any outcomes — physical, psychological, financial, or otherwise — arising from participation in any retreat or ceremony.

Participant Responsibility

By engaging with The Conscious Collaboration and proceeding with a retreat placement, participants acknowledge and accept that the decision to participate in any plant medicine retreat or ceremony is entirely their own. Participants are solely responsible for their own choices, wellbeing, and actions before, during, and after any retreat or ceremony.

Advisory Nature of Our Service

All guidance provided by The Conscious Collaboration is based on experience and knowledge of the plant medicine space and is intended to support informed decision making. It does not guarantee any particular outcome and should not be relied upon as a substitute for independent research, professional medical advice, or personal discernment.

Third Party Retreat Centres

Retreat centres recommended by The Conscious Collaboration have been vetted to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee the conduct, standards, or outcomes of any third partyorganisation. Any contractual or financial arrangement entered into with a retreat centre is solely between the participant and that organisation.

Eligibility

Our consultation and placement service is available to eligible participants only. The Conscious Collaboration reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Proceeding through our qualification process does not guarantee access to a consultation or placement service.

Consent

By proceeding with our services, participants confirm they have read and understood these terms in full and accept complete personal responsibility for their choices, wellbeing, and participation in any retreat or ceremony recommended through The Conscious Collaboration.
